Bayswater Rd - On instruction from our Client, Trojan set about achieving planning consent to achieve maximum use/value of the site which had been derelict for in excess of 20 years.
The site presented many challenges, including loss of light, an easement with neighbouring property and it's proximity to Kensington Gardens. However, Trojan achieved its goal and obtained planning consent for its Clients to build 13 apartments over 5 floors and one Commercial unit at ground floor. |
