Brixton Road, London SW9 - This property was purchased on behalf of Clients. Our aim was to develop the site to provide 14 apartments and office space [Include Plans]. Due to our ability to source and finance properties below the market price Trojan were able to secure a purchase price some 16% lower than the market price., Trojan, utilising their Industry contacts were then able to source a purchaser for the site some £400,000 more than the price originally purchased for. This was achieved without the need to develop the site.

Benjamin Mews, Balham SW12 - On request from our Clients we were asked to source purchasers for four newly built townhouses. Trojan worked in conjunction with local Agents to establish an effective marketing campaign to ensure all the houses were sold quickly and at full asking price. All four of the houses were sold in excess of the Clients expectations and in a period quicker than average in the local area.

Beulah Hill, London SE19 - Acting for a group of overseas Clients, Trojan were asked to advise on the disposal of 14 apartments in a prominent location in South London.
Our Client wanted to maximise the value of their property while wishing to secure a bulk sale of the apartments. Trojan provided an in-depth analysis and marketing schedule for the Clients to consider and implement.
With Trojan's assistance the property was sold in a short period of time and for the Clients full asking price to an Investment Purchaser. |
